You share a magic link containing a secure token with your client. They gain instant, passwordless access to their dedicated portal where they can view, download, upload files, and chat with your team.
There are three roles. Owner has unrestricted access and is the only role that can change billing, workspace name, and delete users. Admin can manage team members but cannot touch billing or Owner settings. Editor handles standard CRM operations but has no access to Invoicing, Send Offer, Documents, or Team settings.
We currently support USD, NOK, SEK, DKK, EUR, and GBP. You can change your workspace currency from the Settings page at any time.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256. Your workspace is logically isolated from all other tenants using strict database separation protocols, ensuring zero cross-contamination.
You cannot convert a Lead directly into an Invoice. However, you can easily convert a Lead into a Company.
You can include your Stripe payment link or your direct bank account details on any invoice you create.
