When a client opens a shared folder link, they can only preview or download the contents — they cannot upload files. Uploading files requires full portal access. Three distinct roles with strict permission boundaries.

Owner has unrestricted access and is the only role that can change the Workspace Name, Currency, manage Stripe Billing, and delete users. Admin can invite and edit members but cannot touch Owner settings or billing. Editor handles standard operations — Leads, Companies, Tasks, Portals, and Sheets — but has strictly no access to Send Offer, Invoicing, Documents, or Team settings. Note: Inviting team members requires a paid plan.
